Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that promotes balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. At Sacred Heart Healing Studio in Warren, PA, we offer Reiki sessions designed to address acute and chronic conditions while supporting harmony among the body, mind, and spirit. Our sessions include a blend of Usui Reiki, Holy Fire Reiki, Karuna Reiki, and Dar’Shem Reiki to meet your unique needs.

What is Reiki? Reiki originated in Japan with Mikao Usui, who developed the Usui Shiki Ryoho system. It is a safe, non-invasive practice that channels universal energy to promote healing without causing harm. Usui described Reiki as:
"The secret Art of inviting happiness. The miraculous medicine of all disease.
Just for today do not anger. Just for today do not worry. Be filled with gratitude. Devote yourself to your work. Be kind to all living things.
Every morning, every evening, pray these words to your heart. Chant these words with your mouth. Usui Reiki treatment for the improvement of the Body."
During a session, you may lie fully clothed on a table or sit on a bench if needed. Your role is to relax and remain open to the energy. Hands are placed on or above specific areas of the body, and you may experience sensations such as temperature changes, colors, emotions, or energy shifts—each of which is a normal part of the healing process.
