Here is another version:
The secret technique of inviting Happiness
The spiritual medicine for all di-esase
Just for Today
I will not be angry
I will not worry
I will be Grateful for ALL my blessings
I will devote myself to my work
I will be kind to ALL living Beings.
Every morning and evening join your hands in prayer, pray these word in your heart and chant these words with your mouth. Usui Reiki Ryoho for improving the body and mind.
I have been teaching this since 2010. Teaching this to my students and also my clients. So here I am sharing these with you. I was not sure what I would be writing about this week and the principles came to me. And I feel I will share each principle individually because there is a lot to process and be with. I do go in depths with these principles in the Reiki master class I teach.
So lets start with Just for Today I will not Anger! Now I am going to step back a bit as something is coming through for me to share ... when we are angry, worried, not being kind, not being grateful, not doing our work, we have separated from our true being our soul and God. And here is another thing, I will be bringing God and Spirit up. Reiki is not based on any religion or belief but for me God and Spirit are apart of it ! They are apart of of work I do. They were here way before religion happened and if we look with our inner eye we will see that God is all one the same in all beliefs, maybe just viewed a little differently.
So back to Do not Anger. This is connected to peace and peace is connected to God because he is peace. We need to have a sense of peace. Now yes how can I be peaceful all the time? We are human. And yes we are human. Anger is part of the ego. If we are within our Heart center can can be in a better state of peace.
Anger sometimes comes from the incomplete manifestation of our desires. Not getting what we want, someone doing wrong by us. We can have feelings of frustration and unhappiness that can lead to anger, then anger clouds our mind, and nothing seems clear anymore. We have allowed our ego to take over and we have separated from our heart.
The important thing is what you do with your anger. What do you manifest along with it? You need to acknowledge anger when you are feeling it. It is not good to hold this in. Ask your self why am I allowing my self to be angry? Is this really mine or is this something projecting to me.
We need to express this anger in a healthy way. If you don't express it somehow, it will stay within you, and surge through your body and mind, causing all kinds of chaos. It can keep you in bondage to the person or situation you are angry at. This can also cause physical symptoms too.
So, when you feel anger, acknowledge its presence, and certainly do not think any less of yourself because you are angry. We are humans and we are allowed to feel the different emotions but it is what we do with them.
We could be angry about a situation that gets us all fired up and that does not mean we are bad but what are we going to do with this feeling? Could we do something good to help the situation to make it better instead of getting all worked up over it? Sometime too there are things that are out of our control that we have to step back and be in that space of peace with God knowing He is control.
How can you have more peace in your life and less anger?
The next principle I will share next week is I will not Worry
May you be filled with peace. May you be an example of peace
Blessings
Ahava
